Bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese

Serves 2  

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes   

Ingredients
2 bagels 
Butter 
Cream cheese 
2 slices of smoked salmon 
Small squeezes of lemon juice 
Freshly ground pepper 

Method
Preheat your oven to 180c.  Warm your bagel for 5 minutes. 

Slice your bagel in half and butter, put cream cheese on the bottom half and top with a slice of salmon. Squeeze a small amount of lemon over and top with at grinding of black pepper.  Put the top on, cut in half and serve.
