In the shops on Sunday I saw this beautiful cauliflower that I could not resist.  I bought it with no clear plan of what to do but driving home thought that maybe a soup would be a good way to go, I mean it is super cold so something hot at lunch is always welcome.  Rhona was much less convinced of the soup when I mentioned it to her but really what would not be to love I thought?  Well this soup is the answer.  As yummy as cauliflower is, in soup it is just a bit too funky and it just lost something really, I cannot tell you how disappointed I was. I wish I had used it for bang bang cauliflower now.
