Clare sent us a gorgeous cook at home Tapas revolution breakfast box as a thank you for catering for Grace's party.  It was so thoughtful of her and the box contained actually enough for 4 people or 2 meals.  We decided to split it and have 2 different meals, the sausages and bread for 1 breakfast meal and everything else for dinner.  As much as I really do enjoy cooking it is sometimes lovely not to, this is especially true of Friday's.  The only thing we were not keen on was the frittata which had so much coriander in, it was inedible. The rest of it was generous and delicious.
