Do you like tortellini?  I love it.  One of the things I really love is how super quick and easy it is if you buy ready made pasta.  Mondays are not days usually to hang around in the kitchen, I mean getting through the working done is enough and so I like to just be in and out.  Today for meat free Monday we remade our tortellini bake, I love this because it is covered in cheese which after a bake in the oven goes golden crispy and is just delicious, cheese just always makes things better. 

Just before we ate, Matt informed me that tortellini is the worst pasta there is.  Imagine then my surprise then when he polished off a huge big bowl of it.
