I do sometimes wonder where my children actually come from. I was talking to Victoria today and was really shocked to hear her say she doesn’t really like lasagne and that she would go for Bolognese any day over it. Can you believe it? I mean, make no mistake I love Bolognese when made well (although I do really like it very rich which I know is not authentic and is just anglicised) but lasagne is nothing short of perfect in my eyes with the gorgeous oozy sauce on the top the crispy dark baked bits all those layers.  Just yum. I think my daughter is crazy.
