We get this green jalapeno jelly in South Africa which is so good, it transforms a simple cheese sandwich into something magical and goes really well with all cheeses and cold meats.  We have again run out and so can't wait to get to SA and get some more.  I have found a recipe in The Art of Preserving but I think because I love this jelly so much and because I have not really explored preserving I am a little nervous.  However desperate times ha ha ha
