I like trying new recipes and learning to be a better cook using new techniques.  Tonight I made stuffed squid with a really fresh lovely Niçoise salad. It was a great recipe and the flavours went so well together and the squid was so tender and delicious and we all really enjoyed it. All that was needed was a chilled glass of white wine and a sun lamp and I could have been in the Med.
