Have you noticed that when the weather is cold and horrible all you can think of is warming stodgy food?  Today I was thinking of pies. I love pastry and I love pies.  I have this little book, mini pies which has these gorgeous valentines pies, effectively they are super charged jam tarts and they look very delicious and super cute.  One for Valentine's Day I think.
