I really love burgers, especially cheeseburgers and sometimes there is nothing nicer than sinking your teeth into a burger. A really special burger and one of my favourites is the juicy Lucy which I first heard about on Man V Food.  If you have never heard of it, it is essentially a cheeseburger with the cheese inside the patty rather than on the top of the cooked burger.  It is really juicy and really tasty.  I really love that first bite although oh my word you really have to be careful because it is HOT! When you make your own patties you need to remember to season your burgers really well because the beef really needs it.
