One of the nicest Christmas meals is Christmas spiced spaghetti Bolognese.  The house fills with cinnamon and spice and it is a lovely twist on a dish I really adore, Bolognese. Bolognese always makes me think of being a child and my mum. Mum used to make this, it was one of her special dishes and one I not only loved but got super excited over.  This is definitely a recipe worth trying if you like Bolognese.
