I had a text message saying that I need to take another PCR test - despite the fact I already paid for and took one on returning from SA. It feels like a total waste of time and money. Believe me I take COVID seriously but this feels like overkill. I felt really lazy today and just could not be bothered to cook the bobotie and so decided to do a simple roast chicken with sweet potato roasties, it was an easy throw it in the oven meal but was utterly delicious.
