We bought these amazing gorgeous very large prawns. With prawns my tendency is to just grill or braai them but, when they are large and super sweet they can really take some spice. In the good food magazine there is a Jeremy Pang Thai green curry recipe that was really calling out to me so I thought I would change the chicken to prawns. It worked really well and was very, very delicious. I love Thai green curry and this was the nicest one I have ever eaten.
