I really love fruit and salads and think I just do not eat enough of either when it is cold and raining and wet.  Today we had this gorgeous squash, feta and pomegranate salad with braai'd lamb rump.  The soft squash against the salty feta and the pop of sweet the sweet pomegranate and the peppery rocket is just lovely. We also had a fruit salad which again, why don't we do more often?  I love fruit and veg and there is such variety.
