Our butchers have some really lovely seafood so I thought it might be nice to get some of the beautiful prawns and cod and make a Spanish inspired meal. We had prawns pil pil which is prawns with garlic, chilli and olive oil, patatas bravas which I REALLY love, beautiful crispy potatoes covered in a really spicy deep rich tomato sauce with smoked paprika, cod with a chorizo breadcrumb on the top and lots of fresh baguette to soak up all of the lovely sauces.
Everything was full of garlic and spice and so tasty but as always it was the potatoes that everybody wanted.
