In One Pot, Pan, Planet, Anna Jones has a sweetcorn risotto that is so good, she uses the corn husks to flavour her stock as well as adding creamed and whole sweetcorn to her rice which really adds to the overall sweetcorn flavour. Then, she tops the risotto at the end with green chilli. When I first read that I just thought no. I really did not think the chilli would work at all tried it none the less and wow, it really brings the whole dish alive and goes so well. If you like risotto you should try this dish.
