Have I told you how much I enjoy chicken? I really do love it. Anyway, in this months Good Food magazine there was a recipe for spiced yoghurt chicken which really caught my eye so today that is what we made. It was so lovely, so flavourful with the spices and yoghurt and it was truly delicious. It cooked beautifully on the egg and was so succulent. and just perfect - and all without much effort beyond marinating the chicken. The only slight issue is I bought a chicken much larger than I meant to which increased the cooking time significantly - still it means there are lots of leftovers, of which I am as you know, I am a big fan. My new book the Nutmeg Trail arrived today and I absolutely love it. There are so many recipes I have already tagged. I cannot wait to get cooking from it.
