I love making our Sunday meals special, it is generally a slower paced day and means I have time to potter and make something special.  Whilst flicking through an old Good Food magazine I found a gorgeous recipe by Gary Rhodes which was steamed cod with mash potato and a beurre blanc sauce.  It was just really delicious and felt special.  This was not hard to put together with a little planning and is definitely one to repeat.
