So today is pizza Friday - at very long last.  What a long long week but the thought of pizza today from the pizza van has really kept me going.  Today however I went for the crudo which is prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, parmesan and rocket.  It is SO SO delicious!  The stone baked pizza really comes alive with this slightly salty topping and the fresh salad is just yummy, I love the pepper hit you get from rocket and the bursts of sweetness front the tomatoes.  The base when stone baked is so much better than the usual oven baked, once you switch to a stone baked you won’t ever want to go back.
