We have had a fair amount of meat in the past week or so and so decided today to stick to cheese for lunch and seafood for dinner.
It is Saturday which means a little spread of fresh breads, cheeses, meats, chutneys etc, we all love Saturday lunches and sit around chatting for ages. It is just perfect and one of the best parts of the weekends.
Then tonight Matt asked for real chips so we made fresh chips with breaded scampi and tartare sauce. It was so delicious.
