As I am sure you all know, I really do have a thing for fried chicken - the crunchy gorgeous outside against the soft juicy inside is such a pleasure to eat. I love also that a few spices in the flour can totally change the whole flavour profile and taste. I got the new delicious magazine today and inside is a recipe of gorgeous looking fried chicken on French toast with maple syrup. I cannot tell you just how fantastic it looks, it has been occupying my mind. We definitely need to make this but first this weekend I am going to try a Harissa Moroccan inspired fried chicken - watch this space.
