Meat free Monday today and Victoria decided to cook a gorgeous pasta dish with fresh tomatoes, lots of garlic and onions as a base with olives and feta. It was really delicious and I loved the salty hit of the black kalamata olives and how the feta melted around the spaghetti - delicious.
It was so nice to not have to cook on the first day back to reality and felt like a treat.
