There is an ‘internet sensation’ doing the rounds at the moment which is tomato and feta pasta. What confuses me about this is how it got so big all of a sudden? Since visiting Greece some 5 years or so ago this has been a regular for us. The easy way to do this is to cut onions into slices, tomatoes, red peppers if you like them, garlic, olive oil and oregano and put into a foil parcel with the feta on the top and oven cook for half an hour or so. Meanwhile cook linguine according to packet instructions and then mix with the feta, give a big grind of black pepper and serve hot. It is really full of flavour, really ridiculously easy and will honestly leave you wanting more.
