Garlic bread
Ingredients
1 large ciabatta or 2 medium baguettes, bake at home ones are perfect
3 garlic cloves, very finely chopped
100g butter, room temperature
1 tsp salt
2 tbsps parsley, finely chopped
Method
Preheat the oven to 180c.
Mix the garlic, butter salt and parsley together.
Take your bread and cut ⅔ of the way through from the top to the bottom, ensuring that you don't cut all the way through.
Lay the bread in a piece of foil large enough to completely cover the bread and starting in the middle, spread the butter in the cuts, moving outwards carefully until all the cuts have butter in them and all of the butter is used up. Seal the foil, put into the oven on a baking tray and cook for 12-15 minutes.
