Guacamole
Ingredients
2 ripe avocadoes
2 tbsps of sour cream
Juice of a lime
½ tsp of salt
7g parsley, finely chopped (or coriander if you like it)
1 green chilli, very finely chopped
1 small garlic clove, very finely chopped
½ tsp honey, syrup or sugar
Method
Cut your avocado in half long ways and remove the stone. Scoop the flesh out into a small processor and add the other ingredients and blitz until smooth. Check the seasoning and adjust if necessary. Serve and eat at once.
