Jack's favourite sticky sausages
Serves 4 as part of a side dish
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
These sausages are not only delicious but also really moreish. You will start with maybe 3 and soon you will return to the bowl fighting everybody off. For people who like exact measurements this recipe might drive you mad, this is a Kelly slapdash approach although they always always taste fabulous. If there are more than 2 of you it might be best to buy 2 packets of sausages as they will all go.
Ingredients
Raw cocktail sausages
Seasoning salt or salt - I like steers best but really any work
Honey or golden syrup
Oil
All small cocktail sausages will work although the plain smooth ones work best, just ask Jack.
Method
Preheat your oven to 180c.
Put a tbsp or so of oil in the bottom of an oven dish and add your sausages and shake the pan a little to coat the sausages. Put a few tbsps of the honey or syrup over your sausages and some seasoning salt. Shake the pan again and cook for around 25 minutes until your sausages are cooked through.
