Kinder refrigerator cake
Ingredients
600g (48 little bars) Kinder chocolate mini treat bars
8 Kinder bueno bars (4 packets)
8 Kinder bueno white bars (4 packets)
150g Malteasers
100g marshmallows or mini marshmallows
Method
Break or cut your Kinder mini treat bars into pieces and place into a large microwaveable dish. Put into the microwave on high for 30 second blasts, stirring with a blunt knife between blasts until all of the chocolate has melted. The length of time this takes will very much depend on the strength of your microwave but mine takes usually around 2 mins. The reason to do this in blasts is because you don't want it to burn, which it can do very easily. Put to one side.
Cut up your Kinder bueno bars into sections and your marshmallows into 4 if using large or 8 if very large. Put all of this into your chocolate and very carefully mix so the chocolate is covering everything. Pour into your prepared tin and put into the fridge ideally for 4 hours. I say ideally because we never quite make it beyond an hour when Matt is here.
