Roasted cauliflower
Ingredients
1 cauliflower
2 tbsps oil
2 tbsps seasoning mix - I quite like paprika and onion or Portuguese but use whatever seasoning you have and like
Method
Heat the oven to 180c.
Mix the oil and seasoning together.
Cut the leaves off of the cauliflower and put into the baking dish. Cut the rest of the cauliflower into florets and add to the roasting dish.
Drizzle the oil over the cauliflower and put into the oven for 25 minutes and then jiggle the pan and put back into the oven for another 20 minutes until nicely soft and gorgeously golden. Check the seasoning and adjust if necessary.
