Smoked mussel canapes
Ingredients
2 x 25g packets mini Ritz crackers originals or 4 packets of Ritz breaks original crackers
125g Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tins of smoked mussels
½ a fresh lemon
Freshly ground pepper
Method
Top each of the crackers with some cream cheese and then top each one with a mussel. Slice the lemon and drizzle the juice over the top of each of the crackers and then finish with a grind fresh black pepper over the top.
