Thermomix pizza dough

Serves 4

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Proving time: 2 hours

Ingredients
300g water  
1 tbsp dried active yeast  
500g strong bread flour 
30g olive oil plus 1 tsp 
1 tsp sugar  
10g salt  

Equipment
Thermomix TM5, TM6 

Method
Place water and yeast in the mixing bowl then combine 2 Min./37c/Speed 2.  

Add the flour, olive oil, sugar and salt and knead 2 Min./Kneading Function. 

Take a large bowl and rub 1 tsp of olive oil around it to stop the dough sticking.  

Transfer the dough to a the bowl and cover with cling film and leave to rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.  

When the dough is ready and place it onto a floured surface.   Flour the top of the dough and the rolling pin.  Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a round ball and leave to rise for another 30 minutes.  

Take a rolling pin and roll each piece of dough to 20-30cms.
