One of the things that makes me think of my mother is James Martin.  She absolutely loved him and used to watch him on TV laughing and smiling so much.  Today I have been flicking through his book Desserts which she bought me.  I remember her giving it to me beaming, one for her snd one for me. Mum loved cookbooks even though she didn’t often cook from them.

I do love desserts books and his has some lovely recipes in it.
