American Express have done a virtual travel/taste testing series - a Taste of My City - and we bought the Thai one so today we travelled to Bangkok with Sebby Holmes of Farang

The menu was:
Pomelo and shrimp miang bite
Grilled corn spicy som tam salad
Crispy fish sauce chicken wing
Banana roti with salted butterscotch

At the very last minute Matt was here for dinner and so to flesh it out a little I made seabream with a savoury fish sauce caramel.

It was really interesting and really nice to do, I really miss travel and life and Thailand is top of my travel list.
