It is gloriously hot today and Sean and Rosalind came over for a catch up and a braai.  It was such a lovely afternoon/evening.  We decided to be inspired by Chinese flavours and made some gorgeous large braai prawns, wings with a savoury caramel sauce just cooked outside on the braai rather than in the oven and hoisin and cola pork finished on the braai.  We ended off with a coconut mousse which wasn’t as set as I would have liked, it was a little soft but still it was nice and in the end all it worked out well.
