Things I don’t often have in my fridge are leeks and things I always have is bacon. When planning my meals I I try to come up with things that will use all of the ingredients we have so nothing gets wasted. I love leek and bacon and turning it into a pasta often uses up odds and ends making this a perfect mid week meal. 15 minutes start to finish and so delicious. I remembered how much I love leeks, I really do need to use them more often.
