Today we made scones, Victoria absolutely loves them and there are few things as lovely as scones covered in clotted cream and jam. I usually buy Rodda’s clotted cream but today bought a different make based on reviews. I instantly regretted that decision because it was set really very firm which made it very difficult to spread onto my perfectly cooked scone.  I will be going back to Rodda’s because it is softly set which is perfect for scones and tastes divine.
