I had a piece of steak and just didn’t fancy the same run of the mill stuff we always have. Luckily I remembered in Rosas Thai café book there was steak with thai red curry and rice. I wasn’t sure how it would work out but it looked good. As with a lot of Rosas recipes, some of the ingredients you may not have in your cupboard. I just substituted and made do a little but the bones of the dish were essentially the same and I think it worked really well. The red thai paste just was delicious with the curry as it gave enough spice without overpowering it.
