In my freezer I found some really beautiful frozen cherries from where we went cherry picking in the summer. I have been thinking about chocolate for days now and so decided to marry chocolate with the cherries and make a chocolate cake with mascarpone cream and cherries.  Chocolate and cherries really are a perfect match. It really was really light, had that dark chocolate hit with the cream and oh my goodness it was so lovely and it was so difficult to stop eating.
