Have I told you I have a thing for Brussel sprouts? I love them. I even have Christmas lights in my kitchen that are sprouts.
Tonight we had a roasted chicken supreme (a chicken breast with the wing attached), chicken gravy, mashed potatoes and brussel tops, tiny brussels and large gorgeous ones. Just cooked in a little water, with a tbsp of butter, sugar and salt they are absolutely amazing, crunchy tasty and gorgeous. I love this time of the year.
