One of our favourite meals is chilli with all the trimmings, guacamole, salsa, wraps, cheese, rice and sour cream. I think we all like being able to load up differently. I always have to make twice the amount of guacamole as it just doesn’t last until we even sit down, the kids just appear and start dipping Doritos.
Tonight as it’s Christmas and we were decorating the house with lights and things, I thought I would add cinnamon and cloves to our chilli and give it a slight Christmas twist. It was so lovely as it had a warming quality as well as the chilli heat. If you want to try, add 8 cloves and 2 cinnamon sticks.
