We have been checking our asparagus recipes for the blog, the quiche is possibly one of the nicest things I have ever come up with honestly. The pastry is crunchy and short and beautiful and the pea custard is just so nice. This really is perfect for a warm summers day. Everybody that has tasted it so far has loved it which is an even better feeling.
