The best thing about having people over is that I always make too much food (I have a fear of people not having enough to eat and going home hungry) and so there are always leftovers for the day after. All the pork needed was some bao - yum!
I also kept the shells and heads from the prawns and so today made a gorgeous prawn stock, the smell was really really great and it tasted amazing.
