Today is World Egg Day and what better way to celebrate than with a gorgeous fried egg on toast with some ketchup and chiu chow chilli oil.  This is the perfect way to start the day.  It is filling but delicious and absolutely guaranteed to kick start the day.  This is best with oatie bread or granary.
