Today we continued cooking from The Nutmeg Trail by Eleanor Ford. I am absolutely loving her book (although hating the snake pictures). Today we made the minced chicken kebabs with sweet spices and oh my word they really were fantastic. So far everything we have cooked has been a big hit. I am declaring that Eleanor Ford is my favourite cookbook author (followed very closely by Jeremy Pang and Nigella Lawson). I really love spices and so Eleanor's books really tap into this part of my brain. Spices change everything and it is a wonderful thing that really makes me smile a lot.
