I really don’t like to throw food away and so try to go through the fridge on a weekly basis and then come up with our weekly menu according to what I have needing using up. I bought radishes and have not used them up so thought I would try something new. I made gorgeous home made fluffy naan breads with cauliflower and onion pakoras, a cucumber riata and pickled radishes. It was such a great combination, the fluffy naan worked perfectly with the crunchy pakora and the spiced pakoras worked really well with the cooling riata and the pickled spiced radishes against the dairy was perfect. A wonderful dish even though it did take slightly longer than anticipated.
