Happy St Patricks Day!

I have this lovely beer bread that I make, it is an easy bake which is often true of Irish bread, there is no resting or rising, you mix it and bake it.  I put in cheese, cream cheese, spring onions and bacon, served straight from the oven with a good cheddar and you just cannot go wrong.
