I like to use up all of my leftovers and usually try very hard to not just heat them up, but to make an entirely new dish out of them. Today however was a really very very busy day and so I just threw the leftover goulash into the oven and thought it would just have to do.  Let me tell you that the extra couple of days have really melded the flavours and deepened them, it was absolutely fantastic.
