Today I needed to finish off my crab apple jelly. It has been dripping for 24 hours totally undisturbed so I was really disappointed to see that the juice was cloudy. I pondered whether to keep it actually I was so upset but then did some googling and saw that some other people had mentioned their jelly was a little cloudy until it had been boiled so I persevered. Boy am I glad I did, as soon as the sugar melted a crystal clear beautiful pink liquid looked back at me. I was so happy.
We went to Victoria's for dinner which is always lovely, she really is a great little cook.
