Today is international sour dough bread day. I do really like sour dough bread, we had a gorgeous malted loaf with cultured butter from Core last weekend. The cultured butter was sour the bread was sour but because there was malt in the dough they were actually perfect together and really complemented each other. I would love to learn to make bread well, I really think the only way to get better at making bread is to make it every single day. Something to ponder doing.
