Do you like jacket potatoes?  I absolutely love them.  They are great for a few reasons, firstly, once washed and oiled, you put them into the oven for 1½ hours and forget all about them.  One instant meal. Secondly, anything smothered in butter can only be great. Thirdly, you can eat simply with butter or put all manner of things on the top for something totally different.I love coronation chicken on a baked potato, it really goes so well.
