I always get my Christmas shopping order on 23rd as it gives me time to get to the shop if anything does not arrive and just takes off some of the pressure.  I have been a little disorganised this year but sat down today just going through what I am cooking when, breakfast lunch and dinner and who is coming when so finally think I am getting there. Today I made this super simple but really delicious tart, cheats tart actually - a caramelised onion relish tart with feta. It is so simple and takes literally 5 mins to assemble.
