I love Christmas Eve, the excitement getting everything ready for tomorrow, the presents wrapped and under the tree and the hope that the recipients will be overjoyed with what they have.

This year Rhona's cousin is coming to stay and spend tomorrow with us.  I love having a house filled with people, laughter and good food.

Tonight we made some gorgeous peri peri wings with macaroni cheese, really one of my absolute favourites.
